Phuc Yea is thrilled to announce the redux of their crawfish boil event that promises to tantalize taste buds and transport guests to the imaginary intersection between Saigon, NoLa and Medellín. 

This one-of-a-kind culinary experience will feature a fusion of classic crawfish boil flavors with a fresh, international twist, creating a garden-style atmosphere like no other.  The star of the show will be the crawfish, offered in three mouthwatering flavors: Classic, Viet-Cajun with garlic lemongrass butter, and a bold Green Curry option. To add an extra layer of excitement, the boil will include yucca, corn, and Colombian-style sausage, sparking a delicious controversy as Cajun, Vietnamese, and Colombian flavors unite. 

Highlights of the event include:

- Three mouthwatering crawfish flavors: Classic, Viet-Cajun with garlic lemongrass butter, and a bold Green Curry option

- Unique additions to the boil: yucca, corn, and Colombian-style sausage

- Signature PY noodles served on the side for a tasty fusion experience

- Indochine-inspired cocktails crafted with lemongrass, ginger, kaffir lime, and star anise

- Large format punch bowl special for groups to share

- Refreshing Yuzu Custard Pie, boozy Vietnamese coffee selections, and a variety of Thai Tea ice cream and sorbets from Sweet Melody

The event will be set in a visually stunning atmosphere, with colorful lanterns, tropical plants, and vibrant decor reminiscent of the streets of Saigon. DJ Krishna will blend classic Vietnamese funk and soul with cross-cultural disco beats, creating an immersive audio experience. Staff will be dressed in a mix of traditional Indochine and modern streetwear fashion, adding an extra touch of swagger to the event.


To add a carnival-like atmosphere, Petit Lobstah will feature:

- Tarot card reader, providing an element of mystique and personal interaction for guests

-  In-house tattoo artist, with proper safety measures and waivers in place

-  Photo booth, complete with Asian-inspired props
