We’re taking melt-in-your-mouth black cod, brushing it down with our housemade Chinese BBQ sauce (think sweet, smoky, and sticky in all the right ways), then layering in that honey nuoc cham glaze for that signature Vietnamese umami-meets-sweet heat.
