Chef Cesar Zapata, the visionary behind Miami’s acclaimed Phuc Yea, will be a featured culinary talent at the 2025 Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, taking place from May 2–4 at the Miami International Autodrome at Hard Rock Stadium.  

In the premium hospitality areas, such as The Villas and exclusive suites, attendees can savor Chef Zapata’s modern Vietnamese cuisine, which reflects his Colombian heritage and innovative culinary approach.  

For those in general admission, Chef Zapata’s concept, @lcky.chkn, will be available at Concession Stand 317 in the East Food Hall, offering a flavorful pit stop during the race weekend.
